Welcome to WanderWell Physical Therapy

At WanderWell, you’ll receive one-on-one, 60-minute physical therapy sessions tailored to your body and goals. Located in South Seattle, I provide specialized care for both pelvic health and orthopedic conditions—because your body works as a whole, not in isolated parts.

Unlike traditional clinics that treat one joint at a time, I focus on what hurts, how it started, and how it connects to the bigger picture. Whether you're postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing chronic pain, I take a whole-body approach to get to the root cause.

As the sole practitioner, I offer focused, hands-on care in a calm, supportive space. My expertise includes pelvic floor therapy, nervous system regulation, and orthopedic rehab to restore strength, alignment, and ease of movement.

I treat a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Urinary incontinence (leaking with sneezing, running, etc.)

  • Pain with sex

  • Pelvic floor tightness or heaviness

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Pregnancy-related pain (SPD, back pain, sciatica)

  • Postpartum recovery (diastasis recti, core weakness, perineal trauma)

  • Urinary urgency and frequency

  • Constipation and bowel dysfunction

  • Endometriosis or interstitial cystitis-related pain

  • Orthopedic conditions (back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, or ankle pain)

  • SI joint dysfunction

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation (C-section, orthopedic surgeries, etc.)

  • Chronic pain or movement dysfunction linked to muscle imbalance

Every session is fully personalized—no generic plans, no rushed appointments. I take the time to listen, assess the full picture, and guide your body back into balance using a whole-person approach that blends orthopedic and pelvic floor expertise.

Whether you want to return to hiking, playing with your kids pain-free, or simply move through life with more comfort and confidence, I’m here to help.

Your healing starts here—welcome to WanderWell Physical Therapy.

Shannon is extremely warm, sensitive and knowledgeable. These traits were extremely valuable considering I was seeing her for pelvic floor issues during pregnancy.
